Thilawa Income Restoration Program(IRP)’s efforts are closely linked to SDGs Goals and Targets. Please find the main activities that are contributing to the society. All of the following activities are conducted in IRP Program.


Goal1:Poverty Eradication           

Vulnerable People Program supports families with the elderly, female-headed and people with disabilities.(Target 1.3)

The Land Permit has been provided to resettled residents in order to secure their ownership of the land property.(Target1.4)

In Vulnerable People Program, foods are delivered to families with the elderly, female-headed and people with disabilities(Target2.3).

Goal4:Education            

School children have been transferred to nearby schools after the relocation(Target4.1).

In Resettlement Program, the access to adequate, safe housing and basic service has been highly  developed.(Target11.1)

Goal16:Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions         

Seminars have frequently been conducted to increase transparency.  Complaint Management procedure also serves the community to build strong relationships with stakeholders(Target16.6 & 16.7).

IRP has been supporting people to get National Registration Card in order to provide people with legal identity (Target16.9).
